High-efficiency gas direct-fired hot blast furnace

Gas direct-fired hot-blast stove, which belongs to a kind of thermal power machinery, has gradually replaced many traditional machinery and equipment since the 1970s. There are many types of gas-fired hot-blast furnaces, which can be roughly divided into high-temperature hot-blast furnaces and medium-temperature hot-blast furnaces. The gas-fired direct-fired hot air stove produced by our company has gradually been recognized by customers in the printing and packaging industry, because it mainly solves the problems of air pollution caused by coal-fired boilers and high operating costs of electric heating, especially suitable for industries requiring large capacity clean hot air.

The gas-fired direct-fired hot-blast stove is composed of three parts, namely, the full-proportion burner, the direct-fired chamber (furnace) and the induced draft fan, which are dedicated to the direct-fired drying of German technology HF.

The inner chamber of the gas direct-fired hot blast furnace is made of stainless steel, and the internal design is made of 5mm thick high-strength air reflector, which is also made of stainless steel plate. The whole box of the gas direct-fired hot blast stove is made of glass magnesium plate with stronger thermal insulation performance, which is a qualified fire protection material. The supporting induced draft fan of the hot blast furnace is a double-layer thermal insulation induced draft fan, which can prevent the hot air from being emitted during operation, and also avoid scalding operators due to high temperature.

After natural gas, liquefied gas and other gases flow through the pipeline and enter the burner, the burner automatically turns on the ignition function to fully burn the gas and generate heat. At the same time, the induced draft fan starts to run, absorbs the heat continuously, and then sends it into the hot air duct from the air outlet of the induced draft fan. The hot air flows through the hot air duct to the printing machine and the compound machine for production.

Gas direct-fired hot-blast stove is widely used in printing, packaging, precision coating and other industries, because it has higher production advantages:

Environmental protection - the exhaust gas after combustion is low nitrogen oxide, low carbon monoxide and low acetaldehyde.

Energy saving - low operation cost, simple adjustment and setting, good uniformity of hot air, less than 15% excess air under high flame conditions, and no oxygen required for process air steam.

Safety - The control system is equipped with high and low pressure gas switch, double shut-off valve, automatic ignition, automatic UV detection, etc. to ensure the system safety and stable operation.

Precision - precise temperature control, large adjustment ratio. The direct-fired hot blast stove is equipped with a proportional control valve to control the output. The controller controls the butterfly valve through the mechanical linkage device, and then controls the gas flow, regulates the operating load, and finally realizes the accurate control of temperature.

Control - The operation process does not need to be operated by a specially-assigned person. Close the circuit, open the gas ball valve, set the required temperature, and the hot air stove will work according to the established procedures to deliver the hot air suitable for production to the machine.
